Update:
The City Manager for the City of Loveland is pleased to announce that as of 3:15 PM on Friday, September 2nd, the declared Water Emergency is no longer in effect. Crews for the City have repaired the water main break and the system is now in full operation. The City Manager wishes to thank its water users for their cooperation and understanding.

The Basics
Your meter will still be read every other month. Your bill will come every month and be due on the fifteenth. If your bill is not paid by the fifteenth, you will receive a delinquent notice within a week. Your water will be disconnected if not paid the fifteenth of the following month.
Estimated bills will be based on typical usage. You can expect your bill to be about half of your current bill, depending on usage.

The Loveland Police Division will be joining more than 950 Ohio law enforcement agencies August 19 through Labor Day 2011 during the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign. This program targets impaired drivers and is a prevention program organized by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that focuses on combining high-visibility enforcement with heightened public awareness.

The Loveland Police Division will be hosting an informational session for Loveland residents interested in forming a neighborhood watch program. Members of the Loveland Police Division will be on hand to address several topics relating to neighborhood watch, including the history of the neighborhood watch program and required steps to form a neighborhood watch program. Attendees will have an opportunity to address any concerns or questions.

Symmes Township officials are investigating reports of a sighting of a small black bear in the Symmes Park and/or Rozzi property areas. We have not confirmed the existence of this animal. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has been notified and is investigating the possibility of the existence of a bear. If you see this animal please call 677-7000.
