Each year in Loveland, we honor a lady who exemplifies the Sweetheart of Ohio and the charm of our little town. The nominations come from you, the public. Please think about the people in your life that would be a good representative for our city and send in the nomination to Jodi. We also honor an artist each year, choosing a Valentines Day design and printing up cards to be sold. The winners from last year are highlighted inside.

We are excited to welcome a new engineering firm to downtown Loveland. Choice One Engineering has opened their office on West Loveland Avenue across from Julian’s Deli. Doing their part to reverse the trend of businesses pulling back in this recession, Vice President Matt Hoying decided expansion was the right thing for Choice One.

On May 19, members of the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce gathered for the Annual Awards Dinner! A crowd of over 160 people came together at Oasis Conference Center to enjoy a delicious meal and listen to Ellen van der Horst, President of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber speak about the importance of Regional Collaboration. The Board of Directors of the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce announced the selection of Jodi Inabnitt as its new President and CEO. She will assume her duties November 22nd.
Inabnitt comes to the Loveland Area Chamber from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber where she served as the Small Business Membership Representative, focused on companies from 1-250 employees.
More than 45 qualified candidates applied for the President position; Inabnitt was chosen based on her significant successes with the Cincinnati Chamber, her strong sales and management background, her connections to the Loveland …
