Chef Todd Hudson, owner of Wildflower Cafe & Coffee House in Mason will be a guest chef for Sunday Brunch August 4th. Hudson has built a very successful restaurant in the last 4 years. Like Tami & Joe, Todd has a passion for fresh food. He buys much of his food direct from local farms, often just 15 minutes from his restaurant. He makes everything fresh and from scratch, which is why he is a great inspiration for Cafe 45140. He also has a passion for the environment. His Cafe recycles or composts 70% of their waste. He bought silverware and equipment from restaurants that were closing, rather than purchasing new.

Todd will be in the kitchen, creating his own brunch meals alongside Tami & Joe. It’s a chance to taste offerings from a chef who has been named one of the top 40 chefs under 40. He’s also been featured in Midwest Magazine & Cincinnati Magazine.

Sunday will feature a Full Bloody Mary Bar (build your own).
